Refund policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Personalized items and gift cards are final sale unless defective or required by law. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. AURENORI covers reasonable return costs for wrong, defective, or damaged items after review.

To start a return, email support@aurenori.com with your order number and reason. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions first. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
